Domestic Appliance Repair Technician

Vibe Recruit Limited is seeking an experienced Domestic Appliance Repair Technician to join their team in the UK. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for traveling to customers' homes to provide high-quality servicing and repairs on white goods.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in appliance repair and maintenance, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service. In addition to your technical skills, you will also possess excellent communication and organisational skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled Appliance Service Engineer to join a dynamic and growing company, with a competitive salary of up to £30,000 per annum and a range of benefits, including a company vehicle, fuel card, pension and 28 days holiday.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing high-quality servicing and repairs on white goods to customers in their homes.
- Liaising with the branch in Caerphilly to order parts and items required to fix faults diagnosed.
- Working independently with minimal supervision, using your own initiative to resolve issues.
- Delivering exceptional customer service, with a focus on building strong relationships with customers.
Requirements:
- Full UK driving licence.
- Previous experience working field-based and repairing white goods.
- Qualification as an Appliance Service Engineer.
Please note that this is a Monday-to-Friday role, with optional overtime available.
