Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Sales Performance Manager to join our team at PIB Insurance Brokers. As a key member of our sales department, you will be responsible for generating quality leads and maximising sales opportunities in accordance with company procedures and regulatory requirements. You will work closely with our outbound executives to achieve specified targets and results in terms of quantity and quality.

Key responsibilities include making outbound telephone calls to target audiences in a professional and polite manner, including cold calling and list cleansing. You will also be responsible for ensuring targets are met and recorded, producing and maintaining diaries, and chasing for outstanding information from clients. Additionally, you will maintain secure, efficient and accurate filing systems.

In addition to outbound commercial sales, you will also support inbound commercial sales by working with third-party opportunities. By joining our team, you will have the opportunity to maximise your productivity and earn additional income through a competitive bonus structure.

The estimated salary for this role is £35,000 - £40,000 per annum, depending on experience. We offer a range of benefits, including a competitive holiday allowance, company pension scheme, generous maternity and paternity leave packages, and flexible benefits package. You will also have access to a comprehensive learning & development framework, including professional study options and apprenticeships.
