Chief Financial Officer

beBee Professionals is seeking a highly experienced Chief Financial Officer to lead our finance team in Harlow, United Kingdom. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing financial planning, reporting, and analysis to ensure the company's financial health and compliance with regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement financial plans, forecasts, and budgets for management review.
- Monitor and manage the company's cash flow, ensuring financial stability and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Oversee month-end and year-end financial processes, including audits and financial statement preparation.
- Ensure compliance with tax laws and financial regulations, and manage relationships with external auditors and stakeholders.
- Provide strategic financial advice to senior management and implement financial systems, policies, and procedures.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Chief Financial Officer or in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of financial management, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong leadership and communication abilities, with a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
