Key Responsibilities:- Manage day-to-day office operations, ensuring smooth administrative support across the team.
- Assist with marketing, finance, or HR tasks as needed.
- Provide support across various projects and departments, demonstrating flexibility and a hands-on approach.
- Coordinate schedules, meetings, and communications within the company.
- Maintain and organise office supplies, equipment, and general office upkeep.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in an office administration role.
- Extensive experience in at least one of the following: marketing, finance, or human resources.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and adapt to changing priorities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other relevant software including Xero and Canva.
- A collaborative and supportive work environment.
