Refined Landscapes is seeking an experienced Office Administrator to provide administrative support across multiple business areas. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in office administration, excellent organisational skills, and the ability to work independently.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Manage day-to-day office operations, ensuring smooth administrative support across the team.
  2. Assist with marketing, finance, or HR tasks as needed.
  3. Provide support across various projects and departments, demonstrating flexibility and a hands-on approach.
  4. Coordinate schedules, meetings, and communications within the company.
  5. Maintain and organise office supplies, equipment, and general office upkeep.
Requirements:
  1. Minimum 5 years of experience in an office administration role.
  2. Extensive experience in at least one of the following: marketing, finance, or human resources.
  3. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  4. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  5. Ability to work independently and adapt to changing priorities.
  6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other relevant software including Xero and Canva.
