About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Business Development: Identify and develop new business opportunities in the renewable and sustainable energy sectors.
  • Client Management: Manage new and existing client accounts to ensure exceptional service and support.
  • Candidate Sourcing: Utilize our internal database and job boards to find top talent for our clients.
  • Candidate Management: Oversee the recruitment process, working closely with our dedicated Delivery Consultants.
  • Mentor Team Members: Provide guidance and support to staff on recruitment best practices.
Requirements
  • Previous experience working in the recruitment industry, telesales, client-facing, or technical retail roles.
  • Highly motivated, target-driven, and able to work under pressure.
  • Strong organizational skills and a good communicator with the ability to adapt.
