About the Role: We are seeking an experienced Development Manager to join our team and assist in driving projects through from inception to the RTB stage. You will work closely with the internal team to source suitable land for renewable energy development, negotiate acquisitions, and manage the planning application process.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sourcing and securing suitable land for renewable energy development.
  • Negotiating land acquisition agreements.
  • Managing the planning application process, including liaison with local authorities.


Requirements: To be successful in this role, you will need a strong understanding of the renewable energy industry, excellent communication and project management skills, and experience in a similar role. A degree in a relevant field is also essential.
