We are seeking a Fire Safety Manager to join our client, a leading Housing Association in Wiltshire, on a permanent basis. This is a full-time position with a salary banding of £52,000 - £57,000 per annum.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the organisation's fire safety obligations, focused on domestic dwellings. They will lead on the contract administration and management of major fire safety contracts, ensuring they are within budget and meeting specified KPIs.

The role will involve overseeing fire safety construction projects, including but not limited to Compartmentation and fire stopping projects. The Fire Safety Manager will serve as the primary contact for all matters relating to the Fire Safety Act 2021 and the Fire Safety Order 2005.

Key responsibilities will include managing and coordinating fire safety upgrades and programmes, directly line managing a team of in-house contractors and administrators, and monitoring and controlling budgets for all fire safety projects.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fire safety and a working knowledge of The Building Safety Act 2022, Fire Safety Act 2021 and Regulatory Reform order 2005. They will also have a minimum of a HND in construction or a related discipline.

Our client offers a range of benefits, including hybrid working, flexible working days, 30 days annual leave + birthday off work + bank holidays, and pension contributions of up to 9%.
