Designing the Future of Manufacturing

At Autodesk, we're pushing the boundaries of innovation and technology. As a User Experience Designer, you'll play a critical role in shaping the next generation of manufacturing functionality within our flagship product, Fusion 360.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop design assets to support customer research and data analysis, participating in live customer research activities to gain a deeper understanding of real-world problems.
  • Distill customer needs into actionable capabilities that drive business value.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate business, marketing, design, and technical opportunities into product designs.
  • Conceptualize and create pixel-perfect design mock-ups that communicate user experiences to stakeholders and customers.
  • Deliver design documentation for various audiences, ensuring accuracy and consistency in feature implementation, test plans, and documentation.
  • Participate in design review sessions, receiving constructive feedback to enhance design abilities.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of relevant commercial experience.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Current portfolio of commercial UX project work.

Salary is one part of Autodesk's competitive compensation package. Offers are based on the candidate's experience and geographic location. In addition to base salaries, we also have a significant emphasis on discretionary annual cash bonuses, commissions for sales roles, stock or long-term incentive cash grants, and a comprehensive benefits package.
