Job Title: Web Development Specialist

Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop web pages for internal and external platforms, ensuring seamless user experience.
  • Create visual content, including graphics, posters, brochures, and web pages, to effectively communicate company messages.
  • Support events for Safety, Labor, and Workforce Development, handling logistics and behind-the-scenes tasks.
  • Develop and disseminate various types of communications, including planned and urgent messages, to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Collaborate on projects for entities and boards that Pacer Staffing is involved with, even if not directly related to Alabama Power.
  • Assist in maintaining and updating web pages, ensuring they are visually appealing and user-friendly.
  • Develop and implement effective communication strategies to engage with internal and external audiences.

Required Skills:

  • Proven experience in web development and design.
  • Strong graphics design skills, with the ability to create engaging visual content.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to think creatively and develop innovative solutions to complex problems.
