Job Summary:
Portfolio Payroll Limited is seeking an experienced Payroll Assistant to join their team in North London. As a key member of the payroll team, you will be responsible for managing weekly and monthly payroll for a portfolio of clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process payroll for a diverse range of clients, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
- Manage pension administration, including reconciliation and reporting
- Monitor and respond to payroll-related queries and issues
- Liaise with colleagues and third-party providers to resolve accounts-related matters
- Assist with data compilation for month-end payroll and yearly P60s
- Provide ad-hoc support to managers as required
Requirements:
- Proven experience in payroll administration, preferably in a boutique accountancy firm
- Technical proficiency in payroll software and systems
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
