Commercial Development Officer

Job Description
The Commercial Development Officer will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities and developing sales strategies to drive revenue growth. This role requires a strong understanding of the outdoor play industry, excellent communication skills, and a proven ability to build relationships with key stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities

- Build relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and partners
- Work closely with the sales team to achieve sales targets
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:

- A proven ability to build relationships with key stakeholders
What We Offer
We offer a competitive salary of £20,000 - £28,000 depending on experience, plus a range of benefits including 25 days holiday, company profit bonus, and employee assistance programme.
