Restaurant Supervisor

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Restaurant Supervisor, where you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales through customer interactions.

You will work collaboratively with the team to maintain efficiency, cover stations, and ensure high standards of service. This includes:

• Supporting and coaching colleagues, deputising for management as needed
• Delivering great customer service by handling transactions and providing product knowledge

To succeed in this role, you will need:

• A passion for food, hospitality, and delivering excellent customer experiences
• Experience in customer-facing roles, supervisory experience, and relevant qualifications (food safety advantageous)
• Strong teamwork, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills
