Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled PMO Analyst with experience in IT infrastructure and banking to join our team at Vallum Associates.

This role will be part of the Project Management Office (PMO), responsible for supporting the execution, tracking, and reporting of IT infrastructure projects within the banking sector.

The successful candidate will work closely with stakeholders across multiple teams to ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the planning, execution, and monitoring of IT infrastructure projects for banking clients, including project charters, schedules, and budgets.
  • Monitor project progress, identify risks, and ensure adherence to timelines and budgets. Provide regular status reports to stakeholders.
  • Collect, analyze, and report on project performance data. Maintain project documentation, such as project plans, risk logs, and issue trackers.
  • Facilitate communication between project teams, technical experts, and business units to ensure alignment on goals and expectations.
  • Evaluate IT infrastructure projects against internal standards, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices.
  • Assist in identifying and assessing risks across IT infrastructure projects, collaborating with project managers to define mitigation strategies.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of PMO processes and tools, helping to streamline project management workflows and increase efficiency.

The estimated salary for this position is £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
