Key Responsibilities- Lead significant areas of school improvement, working closely with the Principal and other senior leaders to develop and implement strategic plans.
- Provide guidance and support to teachers and staff to enhance teaching and learning practices, with a focus on improving student outcomes.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures that promote a positive and inclusive school culture.
- Collaborate with colleagues to identify and address areas for improvement, using data and evidence to inform decision-making.

- Proven leadership experience in a school setting, with a track record of improving student outcomes and enhancing teaching and learning practices.
