Middle Leadership Position

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Assistant Principal to join the leadership team at Seahaven Academy, part of United Learning.
As Assistant Principal, you will play a key role in shaping the educational vision and strategy of the academy, working closely with the senior leadership team to drive improvement and excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead significant areas of school improvement, driving progress and attainment in line with academy goals.
• Develop and implement effective strategies to enhance student outcomes, promoting a culture of high expectations and achievement.
• Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices, expertise, and resources, promoting a culture of collaboration and mutual support.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of the academy's curriculum, ensuring it is relevant, engaging, and meets the needs of all students.
• Foster strong relationships with students, staff, parents, and the wider community, promoting a positive and inclusive academy culture.
• Stay up-to-date with best practices in education, applying knowledge and expertise to drive improvement and excellence.
