Job Title: Senior Customer Service Advisor

At Davies Talent Solutions, we're seeking a highly skilled Senior Customer Service Advisor to join our team. As a key member of our customer service team, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage customer inquiries and claims efficiently and effectively.
  • Prioritize tasks to meet deadlines and maintain high-quality service.
  • Resolve customer complaints and contribute to process improvements.
  • Stay up-to-date on regulatory requirements and industry trends.
  • Mitigate financial and regulatory risks.
  • Participate in audits and implement recommendations.
  • Identify opportunities for process enhancements and business growth.
  • Engage in ongoing learning and development.
  • Foster strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Provide support to other teams within Lytham Customer Services.
  • Mentor and guide team members.
  • Achieve and review personal and team goals.

Requirements:

  • Experience within the insurance industry would be a plus but is not essential.
  • Educated up to degree level in a relevant field.
  • Proven ability working in a team within a retail/hospitality/corporate environment.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills.
  • Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
