This is an exciting opportunity to work with adults with Acquired Brain Injury (ABI) support needs in a 24/7 service. As a Nightshift Complex Needs Practitioner Level 1, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to our service users, promoting their independence and well-being.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide person-centered care and support to adults with ABI support needs
- Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Assist with daily living tasks, such as personal care and medication management
- Support service users to engage in activities and therapies to promote their physical and emotional well-being
- Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment
- Empathetic and caring nature
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Confidence in using computers
- Ability to work well in a team environment and on your own
