Automotive Technician

KPI People, a leading recruitment agency, is seeking an experienced Automotive Technician to join their team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in vehicle maintenance and repairs, with the ability to work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced environment.
The role offers a competitive salary of £37,500 per annum, with the potential for uncapped bonuses. In addition, employees can enjoy paid overtime and a great benefits package.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 12 months' experience as a vehicle technician, along with a full UK driving license and ownership of their own tools. Manufacturer accreditations and franchised dealer experience are desirable but not essential.
The successful applicant will be responsible for routine servicing, repairs, and health checks to manufacturer standards, as well as electrical and mechanical diagnostics. They will also have the opportunity to participate in a manufacturer training program, including hybrid/EV training.

- Cambelt, Clutch, Gearbox & Engine Repairs/Replacements
- Electrical & Mechanical Diagnostics
- New Car PDI's & Used Cars Multi Point Checks
- Warranty Repairs
- MOT Tests (if qualified to do so)
