Job Summary

We are seeking an enthusiastic and patient individual to support students with special educational needs in our Special Needs Department. The successful candidate will work with students aged 11-16, providing in-class support, small group teaching, and one-to-one interventions. Our well-established Teaching Assistant team will provide training and support for the successful candidate.

The role will involve:

• Providing in-class support and working with small groups
• Delivering non-curriculum interventions
• Supporting students with understanding lesson content, organisation, and behaviour management
• Promoting independence and resilience

About the School
