Job Summary

As a Property Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of properties efficiently and professionally, building and maintaining strong relationships with landlords, tenants, and the lettings team, and addressing maintenance issues and ensuring timely resolution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of properties, ensuring timely and efficient resolution of maintenance issues
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, tenants, and the lettings team
  • Handle and negotiate deposit returns during the deposit release process
  • Investigate and resolve informal complaints quickly and efficiently
  • Coordinate end-of-tenancy and pre-tenancy work in collaboration with the lettings team
  • Develop and manage relationships with contractors on the preferred supplier list
  • Conduct property inspections as required
  • Support other areas of the business as needed

Requirements

  • At least 1 year of Property Management experience
  • Excellent personal presentation
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with clients and colleagues
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Motivated and driven to succeed and meet objectives
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure
  • Proficient in IT, including Microsoft Office
  • Enthusiastic and proactive with a positive attitude and sense of humor
  • Full clean driving license and access to your own vehicle
