Job Description:
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced teacher to deliver engaging lessons in Design & Technology, Art, and Music. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sparking creativity in young minds and be able to design and deliver innovative curricula that cater to the diverse needs of our students.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and deliver engaging lessons in Design & Technology, Art, and Music
- Utilize cutting-edge technology to enhance the learning experience
- Create an inclusive environment that promotes social, emotional, and academic growth
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to develop and implement curriculum plans
- Provide individualized support to students with diverse needs
Requirements:
- Relevant teaching qualification in Education
- Previous experience working with students with SEN needs is desirable but not essential
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for supporting student learning and development
- Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
