We are looking for a passionate and dedicated individual who shares our vision for providing high-quality education and care to students with SEMH and associated needs.
Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced teacher to deliver elements of Design & Technology, Art, and Music. The ideal candidate will be able to design engaging lessons, utilize cutting-edge technology, and create an inclusive environment where every student can succeed.
The successful candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish positive relationships with pupils, colleagues, and families. They will also have patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for supporting the learning and development of students with diverse needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality teaching and learning experiences in Design & Technology, Art, and Music
- Design and implement engaging lessons that cater to the needs of students with SEMH and associated needs
- Utilize technology to enhance teaching and learning
- Establish positive relationships with pupils, colleagues, and families
- Contribute to the development of a supportive and inclusive school community

Working Arrangements:
We offer a flexible working arrangement, with 80% of your contractual hours for 100% of your pay, giving you more time to do the things that make you happy.
