About the Role

">

This Principal Town Planner role will involve acting as Planning Lead on various projects across markets and sectors. Key responsibilities include:

  • ">
  • Leading bid preparation, tender submissions, and framework responses.">
  • Managing project delivery and providing guidance to junior colleagues.">
  • Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and engaging with market and client leads to support business growth.">
  • Preparing accurate reports and delivering presentations to clients.">
  • Demonstrating excellent communication skills and applying knowledge flexibly to planning-related tasks.">

Your Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • ">
  • A relevant Planning degree and either RTPI membership.">
  • Excellent time management, self-motivation, and resilience.">
  • Understanding of TCPA, DCO, TWAO, or equivalent applications.">
  • Experience with Environment Impact Assessment and Strategic Planning.">
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.">
  • Ability to develop client relationships and work well under pressure.">
