Key Responsibilities

  • Facilitate research, design, delivery, or evaluation of travel behaviour change projects
  • Develop and implement comprehensive travel plans for diverse organisations
  • Manage large-scale projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery within budget
  • Cultivate strong relationships with clients, identifying opportunities for growth and securing new business
  • Mentor junior colleagues by sharing knowledge and expertise, fostering a culture of collaboration and professional development
  • Contribute to other projects across the advisory group as required

Candidate Profile

We're looking for someone who:

  • Holds a deep understanding of Behavioural Change Theory and its influence on mode choice
  • Demonstrates extensive experience managing transport-related projects for authorities or private sector clients in the UK
  • Possesses a broad knowledge of transport policy and current issues, along with creative problem-solving abilities
  • Has developed a network of industry contacts and positive client referrals
  • Exhibits exceptional interpersonal and communication skills

What We Offer

The successful candidate can expect a competitive salary range of £40,000 to £50,000 per annum, commensurate with experience. This role is classified under the Transport Infrastructure and Civil & Structural Engineering sectors. As a permanent employee, you'll enjoy a stable and rewarding work environment.
