This is an opportunity for someone with 1 year + experience to make a difference to our clients and their family's lives. You will be involved in communicating with relevant people, meal preparation, and planning activities with the client.

To be eligible for the role, you must hold a full UK manual driving license.

Fosse Healthcare is taking on a new package in Hucknall, consisting of Morning, Evening and Night shifts. This role comes with a number of benefits, including:

The role involves:

Communicating with relevant people and following programmes to ensure all needs are met

Meal preparation and assistance

Planning and taking part in activities with the client

Assisting or supporting with medication

Accurate record keeping & meeting individual's needs

Encouraging, assisting, or providing personal care to promote hygiene

Social visits
