We are seeking an experienced Electrical and Mechanical Engineer to join our facilities management team at our Milton Keynes site.

Key Responsibilities

As an Electrical and Mechanical Engineer, you will be responsible for supporting our clients' facilities by delivering planned and preventative maintenance, fault finding and repair work. This will include tasks such as emergency light testing, fire alarms, lamp changes, basic plumbing, and fabric work.

You will work autonomously, responsible for delivering high-quality results and ensuring the smooth operation of our clients' facilities.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 18th edition or HVAC experience
  • On-the-job experience working in an M&E Engineer role or similar
  • Strong communication skills and a strong work ethic
  • Awareness and knowledge of health & safety

Desirable qualifications include F-Gas, IOSH working safely, plumbing experience, basic fabric skills, and 2391 testing inspection.

Working Arrangements

This role will involve working 40 hours per week, Monday to Sunday (including bank holidays). The shift pattern will be 5 days on, 2 days off, rotating.

We offer a competitive salary, 25 days annual leave, plus bank holidays, and additional earnings through enhanced overtime rates. You will also receive a 4% bonus, subject to achievement of targets.
