Medical Device Specialist

About the RoleThis position within our Cardiac Rhythm Management (CRM) team involves maintaining and developing business relationships with customers in the Midlands region.
You will be responsible for:
- Providing technical expertise through sales presentations, product demonstrations, installation, and maintenance of company products.
- Planning and prioritizing clinical, technical, and education programs with review and input from sales staff and other relevant functional groups.
- Providing implant support to the clinical team in the catheterization laboratory/operating theatre and by providing technical support to customers both before and after the implant of the device.
- Providing troubleshooting support to field sales force and customers on request.
- Organizing and conducting training to customers (physicians, physiologists, and nurses) in collaboration with the district team together with preparation of study material and plans.
- Building strong and lasting relationships with key decision makers and those influential in the purchasing process.
- Supporting marketing and sales in the introduction and market release of new and innovative products and therapies through clinical review and customer engagement.
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- Experience as a Cardiac Physiologist, Registered Nurse with Cardiac experience, or Radiographer with Cath lab experience.
- The ability to work in an operating room environment.
- Relocation to the Midlands region.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Good communication and influencing skills.
- A driving license.
