Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Corporate Associate or Senior Associate to join our team. As a key member, you will work closely with senior lawyers on high-value matters, take the lead on smaller deals, and have the opportunity to work with a diverse client base, including PLCs, private companies, and international clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Contribute to high-value corporate matters, including M&A, private equity investments, buyouts, reorganizations, and corporate governance
  • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients
  • Participate in business development opportunities
  • Work collaboratively with senior lawyers and other team members

Requirements

We are looking for candidates with 3-8 years of post-qualification experience (PQE) in corporate law, with a strong background in M&A, private equity investments, buyouts, reorganizations, and corporate governance. Your expertise and passion for corporate law will be essential in driving our continued success.
