Corporate Solicitor Opportunity

We are seeking a qualified Corporate Solicitor to join our team at a leading top-tier firm based in Leeds. This is an excellent opportunity for solicitors with 2-4 years PQE to take on a challenging role and develop their skills in corporate transactions and company law advisory.

About the Role

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage your own workload, handling corporate transactions and company law advisory for diverse clients.
  • Support senior lawyers with complex transactional work.
  • Draft and negotiate various transactional and corporate documents.
  • Provide guidance on mergers, acquisitions, restructuring, joint ventures, and compliance.
  • Play an active role in growing our business.

About You:

  • 2-4 years PQE in private M&A transactions.
  • Strong commercial awareness and attention to detail.
  • Excellent drafting, research, and IT skills.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated and team-oriented.
  • Able to meet tight deadlines and high standards.
