Job Summary:

As a Financial Services Manager - Vehicle Sales at Holt Recruitment Ltd, you will be responsible for managing sales and profitability, delivering F&I presentations, and ensuring accurate finance documentation. This is a challenging opportunity for an experienced Transaction Manager to join our team and take their career to the next level.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive vehicle sales and profitability by managing financial services and insurance product sales.
  • Deliver effective sales presentations of F&I products to all customers, aiming to convert those not initially financing through the dealership.
  • Measure and manage Sales Executives' performance and skills.
  • Ensure accurate completion and processing of all finance documentation to meet legal standards and achieve prompt payments.
  • Maintain ongoing customer contact for repeat business and manage all finance payments and dealership records efficiently.

Requirements:

  • Recent experience as a Transaction Manager with main dealerships.
  • Strong and effective communication skills and industry knowledge.
  • Open to relocate to Jersey, Channel Islands.
