Job Title: Event Brand Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Event Brand Manager to join our team at MOI Global. As a key member of our events team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing branding strategies for our large-scale events in EMEA.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain visual and verbal brand identities for events, including branding materials, merchandise, signage, and digital assets.
  • Collaborate with internal and external teams to ensure brand consistency across all event materials and activities.
  • Mentor and guide brand executives to foster a collaborative environment and encourage best-in-class professional standards.
  • Provide guidance and support to regional brand executives for management of suppliers for branding materials, promotional items, and timeline management.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, sponsors, and partners to ensure their needs are met and they have a positive experience throughout the event lifecycle.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in event marketing, branding, or a related role.
  • Strong understanding of brand strategy and event management principles.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) and event management tools.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Creative mindset with attention to detail.
