About the Role:

The Brand Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing branding for a large event series in EMEA, ensuring a cohesive and impactful brand presence that aligns with the global event series.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the visual and verbal brand identity of the event, including branding materials, merchandise, signage, and digital assets.
  • Maintain and enforce brand guidelines across all event materials, signage & wayfinding, ensuring compliance and consistency.
  • Act as the brand ambassador, maintaining brand integrity throughout all event activities.
  • Mentor and guide brand executives, fostering a collaborative environment and encouraging best-in-class professional standards.
  • Provide guidance and support to regional brand executives for management of suppliers for branding materials, promotional items, as well as timeline management, for event setup, ensuring quality and timely delivery.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with the clients, sponsors, and partners, ensuring their needs are met and that they have a positive experience throughout the event lifecycle.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in event marketing, branding, or a related role.
  • Strong understanding of brand strategy and event management principles.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) and event management tools.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Creative mindset with attention to detail.
