Hard Services Facilities Manager - A Key Position at Damicor Ltd

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Hard Services Manager for our facilities, responsible for overseeing the maintenance and management of all hard services across site, ensuring that all systems and equipment are operating efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Effective management and supervision of the maintenance of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
  2. Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations and industry standards.
  3. Development and implementation of maintenance schedules and procedures.
  4. Coordination with contractors and service providers for repairs and maintenance work.
  5. Regular inspections and audits of facilities to identify and address any issues.
  6. Providing technical support and guidance to the facilities team.

Benefits Package:

A competitive salary of £45,000, 33 days holiday, private healthcare, enhanced pension scheme, and discounts for high street, online, and wellbeing stores.

The ideal candidate will have:

  1. Proven experience in facilities management specifically within Hard FM or within an Engineering role.
  2. Strong knowledge of Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing systems.
  3. Excellent problem-solving skills and a good understanding of CDM and Health and Safety regulations.
  4. Ability to manage budgets and control costs effectively.

This position is a site-based role, with occasional travel to other facilities within the contract.
