Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate Philanthropy leader to join The King's Trust team. As Senior Head of Principal Gifts, you will be influencing and securing high-value transformational gifts, while guiding the Campaign Board to raise £150m across core funding and endowment.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Significant experience working with senior-level volunteers/boards to secure philanthropic gifts
  • Demonstrable strategic experience, leading and inspiring a team in a target-driven environment
  • A track record of securing 7-figure + gifts
