Job Title: Reception Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Reception Manager to join our team at Elite Venue Selection. As a key member of our front office team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, managing the reception desk, and ensuring a smooth and efficient check-in and check-out process.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage the front office team, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service
  • Maximize revenue and minimize loss within the department
  • Ensure all monies, floats, and accounts are managed effectively
  • Support other departments and participate in the Duty Manager Rota
  • Operate the front desk, handling guest check-ins and check-outs

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Organized and punctual with a keen eye for detail
  • Ability to work well under pressure and as part of a team
  • Knowledge of front office PMS systems (training will be provided)
