Our company is looking for a skilled Governance and Assurance Lead to spearhead the development of new facilities and capabilities within our Submarines network and systems. As a senior member of the Platform Systems Governance and Assurance team, you will play a crucial role in shaping the direction of our organization.

Your primary responsibilities will include identifying and managing emerging or existing compliance risks related to Engineering and Quality standards, while creating and managing a risk-based audit schedule. You will also support inspections and recertification processes to ensure clear visibility of outcomes across the program.

Additionally, you will lead the management, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the T&FC Operational Framework and Code of Practice, and continually review our governance structures and arrangements to guarantee their effectiveness.

For this role, we seek candidates with substantial experience in managing complex software environments and expertise in ISO 9001, ISO 45001, and Engineering Management Plans/Business Management systems/Operational Frameworks.
