R&D Tax Director Opportunity at Top 10 Firm
A highly experienced R&D Tax Director is sought by Austin Rose Associates to join a leading accountancy firm in the City of London. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in R&D tax and excellent business development skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver R&D Tax Services: Prepare R&D reports for submission to HMRC and provide high-quality R&D tax client services.
- Business Development: Increase your client base through a structured approach to business development, including networking, client referrals, and developing a strong referrer base.
- Technical Advice: Provide technical advice and support to colleagues on innovation incentives and tax planning for innovative companies.
- Staff Management: Demonstrate strong staff management skills and contribute to the growth and development of the team.
Requirements:
- Qualifications: Chartered Tax Adviser (CTA) or Association of Taxation Technicians (ATT) qualified, or equivalent technical background.
- Experience: Over 7 years of experience in R&D tax, with a strong understanding of tax technical points and innovation incentives.
- Leadership: Proven ability to lead and manage a team, with a focus on delivering high-quality results and driving business growth.
