We are seeking a highly motivated and organised individual to join our patient experience team as a Responsive Customer Service Assistant at University Hospitals Birmingham.

In this role, you will be responsible for providing a responsive and customer-focused support to patients and staff, including analysing patient feedback from local and national surveys and identifying trends and areas for improvement.

Salary: £23,000 - £28,000 per annum

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyse patient feedback from local and national surveys
  • Identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Communicate effectively with patients, carers, and the public
  • Provide administrative support as required

Requirements:

  • Business Administration NVQ level 3 or equivalent experience
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment
