Social Care Specialist

At Ackerman Pierce Ltd, we are seeking a highly skilled Social Care Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for undertaking child and family assessments, S.47 inquiries, and intervention and planning for 'Children in Need'.
Main Responsibilities:
• Conduct thorough assessments of social care needs of individuals, relatives, and carers
• Develop and implement individual care plans based on needs and risks
• Collaborate with other agencies to protect vulnerable people
• Manage an agreed case load and provide support and guidance
Requirements:
• Significant knowledge and experience in social care
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
