Key Responsibilities:- Support young adults with complex needs in a residential care setting.
- Work collaboratively with the staff team to safeguard and promote the welfare of adults, children, and young people.
- Participate in recreational events and activities to promote socialization and skill development.
- Assist with practical tasks, such as cooking and cleaning, to maintain a safe and healthy environment.
- Develop positive relationships with young adults, maintaining dignity and respect at all times.
- A genuine passion for care and a motivation to contribute to the progression of others.
- Resilient and confident to ask for support as needed.
- Computer literacy and a willingness to learn.
- A Diploma Level 2 in Health & Social Care or a willingness to complete this.
