The Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized New Homes Advisor to join our reputable and award-winning team in North Oxford. As a New Homes Advisor, you will be responsible for working closely with our internal creative agency, developers, and fellow property businesses across Oxfordshire and the surrounding areas to deliver a unique service from start to finish.

Day-to-day, this role will involve managing the process from onboarding through to working with creative teams on marketing briefs, sourcing buyers, and hosting viewings, as well as VIP launch events, database management, and assisting with contractual paperwork.

The successful candidate will be innovative, driven to build the client base, and provide an outstanding level of customer service in line with brand guidelines. Collaboration with internal teams is essential to deliver a great overall experience.

Requirements
  1. Full UK driving licence
