Location: North West based with national travel

Employment Type: Full-time, fixed term 12m

Package: c. £40k depending on experience

About the Role:

Our Project Managers ensure compliance with Construction Design & Management (CDM) Regulations 2015 and Health and Safety standards. They manage contractor relationships, coordinate key meetings, and monitor project progress to ensure successful delivery against project plans.

Key Responsibilities:

· Oversee projects from inception to completion.

· Ensure compliance with CDM Regulations 2015 and Health and Safety standards.

· Manage contractor relationships.

Requirements:

· Relevant qualification in Project Management, Construction Management, or a related field.

· Knowledge of CDM Regulations 2015 and Health & Safety legislation.

· Membership in a relevant professional body is desirable.

· Proven experience in project management within the construction or related industry.

· Understanding of construction processes and project lifecycle management.

· Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders.

· Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure.

· High attention to detail, especially when assessing compliance and managing project records.

· Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software.

· Proactive, self-motivated, and capable of taking ownership of tasks.

· Collaborative team player with a focus on continuous improvement.

· Flexible and adaptable to changing project demands.

· Valid UK driving license and willingness to travel to project sites regularly.

· Commitment to ongoing professional development.
