About the Role

We're looking for a Store Assistant to join our team at Toolstation in Edinburgh Loanhead. As a Store Assistant, you'll be the face of our brand, making a fantastic first impression and building long-lasting relationships with our customers.

Key Responsibilities

As a Store Assistant, you'll be responsible for:

  • Providing excellent customer service and ensuring a great customer experience
  • Checking and unpacking deliveries, stocking shelves, and maintaining a clean and organized store
  • Working collaboratively with the team to achieve sales targets and provide a positive in-store experience
  • Assisting with stock management, including receiving and processing stock deliveries
  • Participating in visual merchandising and maintaining store displays

  • Flexible and able to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays
  • Team-oriented and able to work collaboratively with others
