Assistant Store Manager

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Assistant Store Manager to join our team at the British Heart Foundation. As an Assistant Store Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the Store Manager with the day-to-day running of the store and taking full responsibility in their absence.
Key Responsibilities:- Support the Store Manager with the day-to-day running of the store
- Take full responsibility in the Store Manager's absence
- Inspire and support staff and volunteers to deliver an excellent customer journey that reflects our values
- Contribute towards the success of the store by achieving targets, maintaining a high standard of visual merchandising, maximising sales through physical and digital channels, and supporting with the recruitment and development of volunteers
- Experience in a customer-facing role
- Supervisory experience
- Commercially driven to encourage new ideas
- Inclusive approach to developing teams
- Passion for delivering exceptional customer service and achieving the highest retail standards
