About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a team on a shift-by-shift basis, ensuring seamless delivery of care
  • Develop and implement clinical governance and health and safety strategies
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to achieve excellent patient outcomes
  • Provide leadership and guidance to junior staff members
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest clinical practices and guidelines
Requirements
  • Registration with the NMC
  • Substantial experience in a similar role
  • Strong understanding of clinical governance and health and safety principles
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
