About the Role

This is a challenging yet incredibly rewarding role that requires flexibility to work across the North East. You'll need to commit to a varied shift pattern, including rolling 4 on 4 off that covers days, waking nights, and sleep-ins. In return, you'll receive comprehensive training, clear pathways for career progression, and wellbeing support.

Requirements
  • A full UK manual driving license and Right to Work in the UK
  • Flexibility to work across the North East
  • Able to commit to a varied shift pattern
  • An understanding of trauma, its impact on behaviour, and safeguarding
