This role offers a unique opportunity to gain valuable experience and skills in teaching and supporting individuals with special needs. As a key member of our staff, you will play a vital role in supporting the class teacher and pupils daily. Your main responsibilities will include assisting in lesson preparation and delivery, ensuring all pupils have necessary resources.

To succeed in this role, you will need to be highly motivated, reliable, and able to work independently. A supportive personality and ability to engage with young people are essential. You will also require good communication and interpersonal skills.

We offer a competitive salary package, including a comprehensive training program that includes the Level 3 Teaching Assistant Standard. Estimated salary: £24,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
