Community Support Worker

Zimat is recruiting a skilled Community Support Worker to provide vital care and support to Adults in their own homes across Oxfordshire, Berkshire, Buckinghamshire, Middlesex, and Surrey. This rewarding role offers an excellent chance to develop your caregiving skills while making a real difference in the lives of our service users.
We seek a driver with a valid license and access to a reliable vehicle, as well as individuals who are willing to walk or travel short distances to reach our service users. No previous experience is required, but a positive attitude, reliability, and good communication skills are essential.
In this role, you will deliver personalized care and support, working closely with our team to ensure seamless transitions and efficient home visits. With comprehensive training and ongoing supervision, you will thrive in this dynamic environment and enjoy the satisfaction of seeing the positive impact of your work.
Our generous compensation package includes a salary of approximately £22,000 - £28,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits such as a pension scheme, regular supervision, and opportunities for career advancement within our organization.
