We prioritize excellent care and services for clients and children, driving the company's successful growth. To maintain this pace, we seek an experienced Chef Manager to join our team.

The Role

As the Chef Manager, you will oversee the catering operation, focusing on delivering high-quality food and service. You will lead a team, manage stock, food, and labor costs, and ensure consistency of food and service standards. Additionally, you will drive sales through promotions and events, manage controllable costs, and oversee menu development.

Your Responsibilities
  • Lead, develop, and motivate the kitchen team
  • Manage catering operations, including stock, food, and labor costs

  • Maintain company systems and procedures
  • Carry out regular audits
About You

We seek someone who shares our passion for delivering exceptional food and service. The ideal candidate will have:

  • OND or HND qualification (advantageous)
  • Craft-based experience using fresh ingredients
  • Knowledge of health and safety practices
  • Financial understanding of gross profit management and sales targets
  • Line management experience
  • Experience in a similar environment
