Strategic Medical Advisor for Operational Excellence

The Royal Devon University Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust is a dynamic and innovative organisation, committed to delivering world-class care to our patients. As a Chief Medical Officer, you will play a critical role in shaping our clinical services strategy, leading medical and clinical teams, and driving transformational change across the organisation.
You will be responsible for developing and implementing clinically led service development, working closely with the Chief Operating Officer (COO) and Chief Nursing Officer (CNO) to provide strategic direction and leadership to clinical and operational teams. You will also collaborate with the Chief Medical Officer for Digital and Research (CMO D&R) to embed digital solutions in clinical service delivery.
We offer a competitive salary of £120,000 - £150,000 per annum, plus benefits including access to our own comprehensive occupational health services, flexible working schemes, and family-friendly policies. You will also have opportunities for professional development, including days off to study, engage in CPD or rotational placements.
